Pkpk22 FAQ – Frequently Asked Questions

Pkpk22 regularly runs tournaments and leaderboard competitions with attractive prizes up for grabs. No separate registration is usually needed — simply place bets on the designated games or events during the specified period and your points will start accumulating automatically.

How leaderboard rankings are determined:

• Points are calculated based on the bet amount and outcome for each specific game or match.
• Rankings are typically determined by total bet turnover or total winnings accumulated during the tournament period.
• The leaderboard updates in real time, so you can see your current standing as soon as you log in.

Prize conditions: At the end of a tournament, top-ranked players receive cash prizes or bonuses. Rewards are typically credited to your account within 1 to 3 business days. The specific rules and prize breakdown for each tournament can be found on pkpk22's Promotions page It is provided. It's a good idea to read through it before joining.

At pkpk22, how a bet is settled when a match is cancelled or abandoned mid-way depends on the nature of the event. The general policy is:

• If cancelled before the match starts: The full bet amount is returned to your account. No deductions are made.
• If a match is abandoned before a certain point after kick-off: In most cases, the bet is voided and the stake is refunded.
• If stopped after a certain point (e.g., before 90 minutes in football): In some markets, a bet may stand once the outcome of a specific event has been confirmed — this depends on the type of betting market involved.

Refunded amounts are usually credited to your account within 24 hours. If you have questions about the status of a specific match bet, contact pkpk22 support with your bet ID — you'll get a quick resolution.

In pkpk22's Live Casino, real human dealers run the games live on camera, and you place your bets from in front of your screen. It's nothing like slots — there are actual tables, cards, and roulette wheels.

Steps to get started:

• Log in to pkpk22 and navigate to the "Live Casino" section from the top menu.
• Select the game you want to play — Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack, or any other available option. Each table displays its minimum and maximum bet limits.
• Once you enter a table, the dealer will greet you. Chip buttons will appear at the bottom of your screen — select a chip value and click on the relevant betting area to place your bet.
• Place your bet within the allotted time, then the dealer will start the game.
• Results will be reflected in your account automatically.

Tip for beginners: Start at the lowest-bet table to get comfortable. Baccarat is the easiest to pick up — you simply bet on one of three options: Player, Banker, or Tie.
